Information will be given on resources available to help achieve this – many are free to access.
This workshop will be delivered by Dr Jan Hill-Tout who is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, specialising in the area of staff support and employee well-being. She has practical experience of supporting employers and employees to cope when times are hard.
